Having problems with the IM downloader

Hi Everyone, Love the software! However, my purchased files keep disappearing and I need to keep downloading them with the IM everytime I restart DAZ. 

Any suggestions to make the file downloads *permanent*? Thanks so much! Len Foley

    Are you using the default install paths or have you customised them? What OS, and what - if any - security software?

    Thnx for the quick response. Yes, I am using the default install paths… On a year old MacBook Pro. No extra security software other than what is in the Mac.

    OK. Another thing I should have asked is where you are looking - if it's in Smart Content, or under Products or Categories in the Content Library, or in the Presets tab in a property pane then it sounds like a Content Management System issue. If it's in the Content Library pane in the Daz Studio Formats or Poser Formats list then it sounds as if something is removing the actual files from disc.
