Genesis Female and Male 3 Not Found

I have had such a frustrating day. Something went wrong in the program of Genesis Female and Male 3 not found when the file was right there in the folders. I tried to delete the whole program and installed it again only to have DAZ repeat the message. I am running DAZ Studio 4.11 Pro. Below are screenshots of the problem.

Is that folder mapped to a library in Studio? Open the Content Directory Manager to check. That folder should be included under Daz Studio Formats.
If it is mapped, as it should be by default, find the Genesis 3 Starter Essentials in the Products tab of Smart Content and look at the thumbnail - what, if any, icon is at top-right?
Thanks, guys. I actually got even more frustrated and could only have the figures come up if I kept dragging and dropping the files into DAZ, so I uninstalled it. I think I'll install again on my PC. On my Toshiba PC tablet everything is fine though it's a pain to use it on there. I think I'll just use my second DAZ account that is signed into on my PC tablet.
How do I checked if it is mapped? I'm not very technical with some things. Also now that I reinstalled it, some figures are still missing so I think I'll transfer the files I want from my second account and install it on my first account.
I seemed to have fixed it by giving the Genesis 3 Female files their own folder.
Is the folder listed if you go to Edit>Preferences (DAZ Studio>Prefernces on a Mac), Content tab, and click Content Directory Manager then look at the paths for Daz Studio Formats in the Current set?
But now any files associated with the figure gives the same message.
This is so confusing. I found the paths and everything seems in order but DAZ just can't seem to figure out that the files exist when the files are in the correct place.
Yes, the derived figures all use the same asset files from the /data folder.
Thank you.
I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
What about the question I asked, the icon (if any) on the product in the Products tab of Smart Content?
