Trouble with PlatClub coupon

I joined Platinum club last month and had trouble with the PatClub coupon. I would enter the coupon code and it would come up 'this coupon not valid'. I then tried it on a later order and it worked, showing the discount. Yesterday I tried putting the current coupon on to my order and it did the same 'not valid' message. Today I tried again on a different order and got the same message. I waited sometime and tried again, and this time it accepted it, but showed no discount.I then cleared the shopping cart back to wishlist and restocked cart, tried the coupon and it accepted it, but no discount. Ive also tried doing it through Google Chrome but same result, accepting coupon, but no discount.

Are there any restrictions i don't know about. There does not seem to be any information about the discount.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

The coupon is valid on DAZ Originals only - items that list DAZ 3D as the vendor, excluding the $1.99 and $2.99 items for Platinum Club members.

I knew about the DAZ originals part but didn't realize that 1.99 Platinum Club items were excluded.(My whole order was 1.99 items)
