Zero Morph's part

Hello everyone, i have a question.

I created a morph for Genesis 3 Female and the morph changes completely her body, head and etc.

There's a way i can "zero" only her head and keep the body i created ?

  • There are several. Do you want an abrupt switch, or do you need a gradual switch (in the neck probably) to avoid a nasty jump?

Hi Richard! Thanks for the answer! Oh i want a abrupt so i can model a new head :D

  • That's fairly simple then:

    1. make your morph a favourite by clicking the heart icon on its slider, and remove any other favourite morphs
    2. activate the Geometry Editor tool and make sure the Tool Settings pane is open
    3. in the Tool Settings pane click the + buttons to select the face groups that make up the head - if desired press ctrl + to grow the selection down the neck a bit
    4. right-click in the Viewport>Geometry Selection>Convert Selection>Vertex Selection
    5. right-click in the Viewport>Morph Editing>Remove Selected deltas from Favourites

(from memory, sonme commands may not be quite right but you should eb able to translate)

That worked!! Thank you sooooo much!!!!

  • restore base shape of the loaded character is CTRL+ E
with CTRL+ E the shapes always back to "default"
you can change the "default" shapes by using the "MEMORISE SHAPES"
with CTRL + E you restore the shapes to the memorised shapes
