I CAN NOT LOG IN AT ALL

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Yesterday, Sept 18, Daz wa working just fine. Today, I try to log into to create a character and when i press Log In ..nothing happens, my computer just freezes, so much so that the only thing I can do is just shut it down. I am on a Microsoft Surface Book 2 and I NEVER had an issue like this before. I am not typing in the wrong password because I can log on to buy items and such, I can get on the website, I just can not log onto the studio to create characters. Is the server down or something?

    Don't log in then - you don't need to be online to use DS, only to download and install content within the application. I would suspect the issue is down to a security software update, though if DS can't connect it should stop trying after a bit (about a minute, as I recall).
