Dynamic Clothing window has disappeared

When I select "window", then "Panes", then "Dynamic Clothing", there's a check mark next to it, but then... nothing. I'm assuming I've inadvertently done something to it, but I can't figure out what.

Try clicking on the icon in the window list again and see if it pops to the top somewhere.

Sometimes it can be a Window Styles glitch. Try changing your Style a time or two and see if the Pane returns. It can be saved in your settings file as hidden and the swap should, if that's the cause, fix it for you.

Not that I can see.

Do you mean switch "Viewports" around? If so, no effect.

No Jadrail should have said with Daz Studio open go to the top menu bar Windows > Workspace > Select Layout > Change Layout hit Accept and then change it back to your original layout, hit accept and see if that has fixed the issue. Style is under Windows > Style > Select Style.

If you have customised your Layout then you do have some Save commands under Workspace and Style menus respectively to save your layout changes so when or if this happens again you can quickly reset the layout and style without having to redo you customisations. .
