Not for the first time I've got trouble with the Cart! This is what I did. I wanted the Update for the 4.12. I found it and put it in my Cart, then I noticed I wasn't logged in, so I did so. Now I'm logged in but it says there is one item in my trolley at the top of the page, but if I click on it, it says there is nothing in my Trolley. However, if I go to the Update it says it is in my Trolle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I can't do a single thing about it. I guess I'll have to wait for another update and hope I remember to log in before I do any shopping.

They REALLY need to do something about this Fault. I had the same problem last year and they obviously have done nothing in the mean time.

If anybody has a solution I'd be obliged for their help

Are you saying you are trying to purchase the newest Studio update? If you are, you don't purchase it, it should be in DIM, if you use that.

Add another item to your cart, that should fix the cart displays. You can remove the extra item afterwards.
