How to find realistic skin?

Hi, guys. I'm really struggling to find realistic skin like this picture attached. Is there an artist who makes realistic skins? Also, are there any for hair or eyes? I know I'm asking a lot, but I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

    There are many figures with realistic skin. Just try to load diffrent skins to your characther from
    the Material tab and see wich one you like. The more Characthers you own the more skin
    options for that generation you have. Remember it has to be the same Generation figure!

    Also adding adding a separate shader like anagenesis 2 or altern8 will make the figure and the eyes look more realistic.

    Especially for older figures you can get amazing results. 

    Furthermore good lighting should not be underestimated and has a big impact on how natural the skin looks in the render.
