Good Day today

Good day today. Husband had a specialist operation at Guys in London. He phoned as they had starved him all day because there was a complex operation going on which took longer than expected. He was about to have a sandwich - the first food all day.

Went up to London Monday. Floods everywhere - even the copses are flooded with dirty water. Some people trying to round up free-range chickens. Better than the USA from what the TV are saying. It is very, very cold there.

    I hope he makes a full recovery very soon. It can't be easy going back and forth to London to visit.

    Yes, the weather here is wet, and there is a risk of flooding all over the UK if you live near the coast, but at least we have been spared the snow, and the ultra low temperatures that they are getting in the US.

    Cool nice the hear good news....mind you going to London would make anyone ill. LOL
