Genesis 3 Males with blown up joints - tried reinstalling still not fixed

Have a problem with Genesis 3 males and their joints getting blown up.  Even starting up a new Daz session then just adding a Genesis 3 Male character it occurs.  

I tried re-installing Daz months & all my Daz content months ago.

Today I tried:

Removing "Genesis 3 Starter Essentials Male" using DIM

Removing all "Genesis 3 Male xxx" morphs (I had 4) using DIM.

Deleting those packages from DIM, then downloading them again.

Installed the above Genesis 3 male packages again.

Resetting my content directory database.

This didn't work.  Help!   
Two renders, base G3M figure with arms bent down 60.  First image not right "G3M AMD.jpg", second is good "G3M Intel.jpg"

Doing some more troubleshooting, clearing logs and using a text compare I spotted this.  Every time I load fresh G3M into the scene, I see this on the problem machine in the beginning of the log file that's not on the good machine:

I loading up the base Genesis 3 male.  Bent the arms 60 downward, saved file on both machines.  This is in the proper machine's log which is missing in the problem machine:

So it seems the JCMs aren't loading.  How to fix???
