Error message from "Look At My Hair"!

After installing and selecting to create a New 'Look At My Hair' Object, there is an error message come out!
The error message is "Couldn't open configuration file"!

How come?

BTW, There is an serail number for "Look At My Hair" in "My Account" and there is another serial number come out
after installing and selecting to create a New 'Look At My Hair' Object.
Which one is the right serial number ?

    Both of them. You need the first number to get the second number, and the combination of the two unlocks your copy of LaMH so it operates normally.

    Alessandro_AM has given the reply and problem has been solved.

    The name of "serial number" is so confusing...
    There is one from DAZ and there is another one from "Look At My Hair"!!!
    PS: The one provided by DAZ is called "Installation Code" in the web page
