how to get light set into poser

I downloaded underwater ambiance light and camera set from Daz3D. Folder is on my computer. How do I get the light sets, filters, etc. into Poser pro 2014 to use?

    Are you installing with DIM or are you installing manually?

    I don't know- I am an amateur user of poser and wanted the underwater affect- looked easy. Have a folder in Documents with files but no apparent way to load in to Poser.
