Need help with latest RSA G8 to G3 character Converter

Anyone one else having this issue. Just bought it [the RSA G8 to G3 character Converter] and I used the default setting, however, all the presets have the body morphs and materials but not the head--the heads are all g3 default? Is there something I need to check off or add prior to hitting execute????

Write in the PA thread for help. Here probably is not the better place, because the PA and converter users probably don't read this. In the riversoft thread he/she is answering questions.
