You need this for Sadie Fae : http://www.daz3d.com/3d-universe-toon-girl-sadie

What you have is Sadie and Sam for Genesis, these are morphs of Genesis, and not standalone figures.

Sadie Fae will work on Genesis. Sadie and Sam for Genesis also includes an autofit clone for the older outfits, so they should work just fine, though I'd recommend using the Genesis version of the hair and then applying the materials from the Sadie Fae hairband manually as they share the same UVs.

What we have here is a classic case of Daz not being able to find the files. The only thing I can suggest is to double-check you've installed it to the correct location. Right click on it and browse to the folder to check, and then ensure the corresponding files are in the appropriate folders.

You need to make sure that the library where your stuff is stored, is listed as BOTH a DAZ Studio Formats AND Poser Formats folder in Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager.

If that doesn't work, you will need to post a screenshot of your Library folder (My Library or My DAZ 3D Library or whatever you are using). Poser content is installed into the Runtime folder inside that Library.

Do you mean the Daz Install manager? If so, have you installed items using it before without any problems? It looks like it installed the metadata portion but may have put the actual files in the wrong location. You can find out which directory Daz is looking for your content under Preferences -> Content Library tab -> Content Directory Manager.

Also, check the Install Manager is installing the files into the correct content folder. Open the Install Manager and then click on the circular icon in the top-right to bring up the settings. From here, select the Installation tab and double check that the path matches that found for your Daz Studio content library.

Quick comparison of Sadie classic and Sadie for Genesis. Why? Just because. Also because it shows that it really does work on Genesis, honest!
