Genesis 3 face morphs do not show in v4.12

I installed the 4.12 yesterday evening, but today I disvovered something that should not have happened. The African face morphs I got on Rendo last year have disappeared from the Actor menu in the parameters window on my DAZ studio copy. I also noticed that some face morphs and character morphs do not zhow in tbe Actors menu either.
I wonder if Genesis 3 female is no longer available in all newer versions of DAZ Studio? I sure hope not.

Not a problem — all generations of Genesis are and AFAIK always will be available in the free Starter Essentials content installers that come with the D|S program.
From your description, it sounds like a "lost track of content location" problem. I know Renderosity content has to be installed manually, but for DAZ content are you using DIM or Connect? Also, can you remember how you installed the face morphs?
One of those "shouldn't happen" things, but you'd be surprised how often they do — check your Content Directory Manager settings to make sure D|S is still looking for content in the location where you install non-DAZ stuff.
I did place the African face morphs into the appropriate folder. Maybe it needs some time to kick in or something?
I did notice my Genesis 3 Female figure does not have any morphs added today so far. I wonder if the new version has blocked all body and face morphs for pre-Genesis 8 figures?
Did you check your Content Directory Management settings? That's starting to look more and more suspicious to me — if you can load your G3F but it doesn't have the new morphs, then it looks like D|S isn't looking at the content location where your morph data ought to be.
Remember that there should be two content locations; one in your personal account's Documents folder, used by DIM to install DAZ content, and one in your computer's general account Documents folder, recommended by DAZ for freebies and other non-DAZ content.
They showed up eventually. Checked in the last hour, they're there now.
