Lagging connection to Daz-servers

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Is anybody else experienceing a lagging connection to Daz-servers. Almost took 4 minutes to login to IM, and afterwards a long time to show installed items - didn't show new items previously not installed?

Manual downlod of a file took almost 5 minutes for 34 MB - and Im sitting on a 100 Mbit connection...?

    I'm trying to open up Daz Studio and the connect keeps failing.

    I've experienced it only since installing 4.12. Coincidence?

    I haven't had general lag since installing 4.12, but there were lots of errors and database connection issues when it was released (probably from people downloading 4.12) and today the lag has been awful.

    I just made a purchase, which went through fine, but first Daz Install lagged hard to connect, and now that it's connected my que of purchases is just sitting in the download area not going at all.

    I'd bet starting up 4.12 is going to lag to connect also. Servers must be taking a beating from something.

    Well, got my purchases to download and install except the new Yeti. The download hits 100% but then the message says "download failed".

    Maybe...everyone really wanted the Yeti? laugh

    Nope, it's because of the server load from the 4.12 update.

    I have the same problem, my other purchases downloaded fine but the yeti keeps giving a download error
