How long do support tickets take?

I ordered a product in the Genesis version instead of the Genesis 2 version, I just want to swap it for the right product. Its been two days, I know that isn't long but I want to play with it. I haven't downloaded it yet or anything and it won't do me a whole lot of good if I did. I did send it to the sales department so I hope I got that part right at least. I just wondered about how long it will take get it all straightened out? Or if the computer ate it or something? It was my first order. I did the second one right though.

There is a POST about that in the MAIN list above. Its Title is SUPPORT TICKET ISSUES and is in the i or INFO section at the very top of the thread page.
Well the ticket doesn't say it was eaten, but that thread just had me wondering. It says its being processed.
Okay, It seems I copied and pasted the wrong order number somehow. I added it onto it. I wasn't sure it would be noticed so I tried another ticket in case that one ended up in some kind of limbo. I'm a mess lately. But hopefully it will all get fixed soon enough and I can go play with stuff. I swear I'm not really retarded but it sure looks like it.
Two days is the target turn around, but I don't know if they are caught up from the backlog over the Christmas period yet. As long as the ticket still shows as open it should be live in the queue.
Thanks! I was wondering. They could have gotten backed up with the issues they were having.
