Where should I send bug report zip files?

So I have a couple of those zip file bug reports resulting from a reproducible crash with DAZ 4.6 and when I clicked on the link generated by the pop-up, the website wasn't accessible. I have searched for where to send these reports and I could only find this:

But the links there all end up with the same dead-ends.

Can anyone tell me what to do with these bug report zip files or should I just toss them? (I'd like to help if I could)

    From the menubar at the top of the page, Help Contact Us > Submit a Report Request
    Put "Bug Report" in the title, select "Technical Support" as the department, and attach the zip at the bottom.
