I'm going crazy. Why on earth?

I'll never see the "file" and other buttons in the main menu.

I repeatedly uninstall and install the latest version, as well as the old version I can find online.

There has been no change.

I deleted all the folders on my computer that contained "daz 3D" and reinstalled them.

There has been no change.

Where on earth did they go?

The left side of "Tools" is the end of the left side of the software.

After Google saw the opportunity to restore the menu through“Workspace”, it clicked on it and there was nothing.

All this happened when I suddenly found that the object could not be deleted with the “Delete” key of the keyboard.

Then I found that "F3" had no response.

Finally, I saw that the top "Files" and "Edit"... Were gone.

What am I going to do? I've installed it more than 10 times.

Do I have to re-install Windows?

    With DS closed go to

    %AppData%/daz 3d/studio4/

    (you can paste that into the address bar of a file browser) and removethe menus.dsx file, then restart DS - is that then working?

    Glad to hear it. I'm not sure how this happens, but there was another user with the same issue - fortunately it seems to be a fairly rare event.
