Can someone form support look at ticket #158696?

I opened this two weeks ago and haven't heard anything since other than the ticket being closed. Can someone respond?

    The only people that can help you are customer service. Was your ticket one of the one caught up in the Zendesk glitch which was noted in the announcement at the top of the forum?

    Moved to the Commons, as it wasn't a Carrara Issue.
