Another Silly Question

Hi!

I think this is a silly question, but I've been chasing around on it for a bit. It used to be that pose packs had a zero pose option to get rid of all the non working attempts, or you could right click and zero out a pose.. or even ctrl+shift+zero, but none of that seems to work anymore. How do I zero out a pose?
