Some Questions about the Studio Menu

Hello,

I'm trying to adapt my menu and I came across the following actions: "Shaping (Internal)" - My Face, Randomizer and "Simplified Workflow" - Actors, Hair, Wardrobe. See picture attached.

does anyone know for what these actions, in my case they have shown no effect.
