[Genesis 8 Male not showing up on Smart Content] Just to say first that I have the support files, but, just says it's for Genesis 8 Starter Essentials instead of the correct name as the female counterpart when I downloaded the figure. I'm not sure if there's a mistake or that just how it is..?

  • How did you install? Genesis 8 Starter Essentials is the product name, but it is split into male and female zips in DIM.

    I installed it manually.

  • Well, as I said the correct name is Genesis 8 Starter Essentials so I'm not sure this is an issue as such - unless you can't load the figure, in whichc ase I'd suggest doing a DIM or Connect install.

Alright, I'll do it that way. Thanks for the help, Richard.

when manualy install, you must click on DSX file found in the "runtime/support/" folder of the decompressed zip

that "set" the product in smart content

    or after manualy copy files,
    execute the RE IMPORT METADATA

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind when doing that. :)
