Genesis 8 Male not showing up on Smart Content

[Genesis 8 Male not showing up on Smart Content] Just to say first that I have the support files, but, just says it's for Genesis 8 Starter Essentials instead of the correct name as the female counterpart when I downloaded the figure. I'm not sure if there's a mistake or that just how it is..?

    How did you install? Genesis 8 Starter Essentials is the product name, but it is split into male and female zips in DIM.

    I installed it manually.

    Well, as I said the correct name is Genesis 8 Starter Essentials so I'm not sure this is an issue as such - unless you can't load the figure, in whichc ase I'd suggest doing a DIM or Connect install.

    when manualy install, you must click on DSX file found in the "runtime/support/" folder of the decompressed zip

    that "set" the product in smart content

    or after manualy copy files, 
    execute the RE IMPORT METADATA
