Material Problem

Just purchased the Sienna figure. When I installed her using the Install Manager she looked like this. I uninstalled deleted the package and reinstalled and got the same results. I've manually downloaded the file on another computer and compared all the files and nothing is missing. Also no other figures I bought in that particular order had this issue. Has anyone else had this problem with a character and how did you fix it?
