V6 HD render

Hello,
I have V6 Pro Bundle and Victoria 6 & Michael 6 HD Add-On Bundle (DAZ 4.6.1.39 Pro Edition 64 bits, Windows 8.1 x64, 8 Gb RAM, Core i7 4 cores).
I added V6 HD Actor to the empty scene and started the 3DL reder. The result was the nice white ghost (attached).
For example, on Bellatrix I can see just the same with SSS (but not with EHSS) MAT.
What does it mean? Did the render not find the HD-textures? But why?..
Would you like to help me, please?
Update: Thank you, HeraldOfFire!
When I click "View Log File" I can see nothing: no some new window or an error message. Just like I did nothing.

    It might be beneficial to post more information, such as how much memory you have and specifically what type of render you're doing (OpenGL preview, OpenGL with Shadows, GLSL etc). It might also be worth checking the log file to see if any errors are thrown up by it. You can do this by clicking on Help->Troubleshooting -> View Log File. Do you also get the same issue using the 3Delight renderer?

    3Delight (or 3DL) is really the meat and potatoes and is what you really need to use to make the images look they way they were intended. The preview is really only intended for draft renders, and not for the final result.

    Did you install the Age of Armor Sub Surface Shader? It should be in the DAZ Install Manager, or at the foot of the DAZ Studio 4.6 page in your Product Library

    Yes, I did: "Content Library \ DAZ Studio Formats \ My DAZ 3D Library \ Shaders Presets \ Age of Armor".
    If I try to use it (Subsurface Base Shader) on V6 HD, the result is the same.
    With Human Surface Base (with defaults parameters) I have a shinny figure with white eyes and fingernails.

    Open a file window in Windows, and in the View tab check View hidden files (I can't recall the exact name, it's on the right and fairly clear I think). Now in the folder list open your C: drive, then Users>You>AppData>Roaming>DAZ 3D>Studio 4 and click on the Studio 4 folder. Your log file should be there and will open when you double-click on it, if you do this just after attempting to render then any relevant messages should be at the end.

    Thank you, Richard!
    There are no files in this folder (I set "show hidden files" on and "hide system files" off). There are two folders: "scripts" and "ShaderBuilder".
    I have thought about it. Can DAZ understand folder names in Russian? My user name at this computer is "Николай". I can see that DAZ made the folder "Users \ Íèêîëàé" (the same, but with wrong code page), and there is folder "App Data ... Studio4", but with only folder "InstallManager" inside.
    Then I checked DAZ registry settings.
    ContentDir0 = C:/Users/Íèêîëàé/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library - there is no such folder
    ImportDir = C:/Users/Íèêîëàé/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio4/content - just the same
    PoserDir0 = C:/Users/Íèêîëàé/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library - just the same
    Could this causing problems?

    Yes, certainly in the past DS had problems with user names containing accented characters in the Roman alphabet so I would imagine Cyrillic could well be worse. If you can, set up an account with a name using plain Roman characters but in any event please make a bug report - open a support ticket for Technical Support.

    Thank you very much, Richard!
    I created new local user - without terrible Cyrillic in the user name :) - and reinstalled DAZ (and all the components).
    And now - all is working!
