Instructions for Measure Metrics

I purchased the Measure Metrics for Daz 4.12.  And like a lot of programs and products, it doesn't come with instructions.  At least none I can see.  Tried watching the two short videos on the sales page and they are useless.  It seems more and more people are putting selling things assuming everyone already knows how to use it.

Any help will be appreciated.

Okay, by accident while working on another problem I found a lead to this one.  I found some controls under "Utilities".  That's a beginning.

No, I didn't.  How did you find it?  It would be nice if Daz had an access for us to view any program documents under My Account tab.  I found another set of instructions quite by accident with I clicked onto a number in a window and when I left it the screen for the instructions opened up.  Go figure.
