in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I installed 4-12 and all my content is scattered all over the content folders. How do I uninstall and start over?

    Installing DS 4.12.x.x won't do anything to your content, what do you mean by scattered and how was it before?

    Before it was normal. If I went to content library and selected people, I got all my people in the window on the right. Now, some are under Gen 2 and 3 and 8 if I look under characters but Gen 8 only has maps for Astrid. somethings can be found in the alphabetical file but some of those are missing too.

    Where in the Content Library pane? In Categories, with no figure selected, you would see all of the characters together in the Figures caegory; in Daz Studio Formats, showing the files on disc, they would be split by generation in the people folder.

    That helped, I think I needed to look in categories. in daz studio formats something is still screwy. I don't have Victoria 4 and Victoria 8doesn't even have a folder.

    Victoria 4 itself would be in Poser Formats, in the folder isntalled to the Figures>Daz People (and Poser>Daz' Victoria 4 for the poses, morph injections, and materials)
