Lost all Custom Categories

So, I had an issue the other day with a project not working, and then I needed to Reset my DB. Apparently this wiped out the Custom Categories.

Is there a way to create a back up of these Categories? I am really struggling with a proper way to organize my third party content.

    Thanks! Once I get this all reconfigured (which unfortunately took me like 3 days last time) I will do an export!
