Saul hair broken?

Hello!

I've got this item - Saul hair, https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-saul-hair-for-genesis-8 but there seems to be something wrong with it. because it loads just as a gray box. And upon rendering it does not show.
I suspected first that something had gone wrong upon installation, but that can't be it because I re-downloaded it and redid the installation. I've closed and re-opened DAZ, re-started the computer and so on but nothing helps. The poor man still has a box upon his head.
What is amiss here?

    Which version of DS are you using? True dForce hair, which this is, requires DS 4.11.x.x or later.

    4.1. I'm not sure since the update function in DIM is broken and has been for a while. But it's 4.7 +  that much do I know, because 4.7 I downloaded manually
