Question about Victoria 5 and others.

I have a female character downloaded and it is called "Tori for V5". I was trying to use her in Daz Studio but she was unable to completely load. I was wondering if I need Victoria 5 to use here? Kind of like a base package to use other characters based out of V5?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    The required products for the Tori figure are :

    !Required Products:
    Victoria 5 ,
    Genesis Evolution: Body Morphs ,
    Genesis Evolution: Head Morphs

    You may get most of the Tori look with just the morph packages, but you would probably need V5 to get the correct look.
