Garment doesn't fit in the breast area (after using geometry editor)

Hi there
I encountered a weird problem with a bunch of clothes now. After a bit of investigations I'm pretty sure it's because I used the geometry editor to delete part of the genesis 3/8 model (happened with both).
WARNING, IMAGES CONTAIN NUDITY:
This is how it's supposed to look: Image removed
At the armpits there is some clipping...that's why I used the geometry editor to remove some of the Genesis model: Image removed
Now when I save the scene and reload it, this is how it looks: Image removed
Notice how the breast area is now completely messed up...
I just saved the scene 2 times; one time I didn't remove parts of the Genesis model and one time I didn't. And when I reload the one where I deleted parts is messed up again...
Now that I'm pretty sure the geometry editor is the cause for this, is there any solution to this problem?
I use the geometry editor quite frequently and so it's not the first time this happened... :(
BTW just hiding the polygons of the Genesis model instead of deleting them isn't really an option for me, since some scenes are quite complex and I also use a script to render a bunch of scenes in a row.
Cheers and thx in advance!

Don't delete parts of the model as this can impact posing and morphs. You coul hide the geometry or just use the Smoothing Modifier on the clothes.
Please put the viewport into Smooth Shaded mode before taking a screen shot of nude figures.
One thing you need tro bear in mind is that DS will use only oen version of the underlying asset, so any edits you make with the Geometry Editor will apply to all figures, or will be repalced with the unedited version or a different version depending (I think) on load order. One option would be to use the Geometry Editor, but rather than deleting polygons assign them to an auto-hide group for the clothing item (right-click in Viewport>Geometry Assignment>Set Auto Hide Faces for Followers as I recall, then select the tiem in question) - that way the polygon hiding is handled by the fitted item and you can have mutliple differnt configurations in a single scene.
