Are there tutorials for using Measure Metrics?

I've been playing it around some for basic info on my figures.  But I for the life of me can't figure out how to use it for objects.  Like measuring tables or boxes.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.  I've already saw that page but after looking at it again I think I found what I missed.  It looks like at first glance only talking about measuring figures.  But after rereading the tape measuring option I see that would be the way to go.  Thanks again.
