I've been convewreting some V4 and M4 clothing to Genesis 8.

Is there any way to convert MAT files to DUF?

    If you mean a batch process which would convert them all automatically then not that I know.

    You can do that manually though: load the clothes, apply the MAT, then save a material preset.
