Having trouble setting pins in 4.12

If i remember correctly the pins was in the tool settings pane, now in the new version I added the pane, but only see a button for enable pins menu, but where is the menu, I am not seeing anything to set a pin. I just want to pin her feet where they are so she doesnt moce to far out of place, but I can't find the button to set a pin.

In Active Pose the pinning controls are in Tool Settings. For the universal tool, and the derived transform tools, the pinning menu is at top-right of the trasnform gizmo in the Viewport or next to the pose circles at top-left of the Viewport.
