Noob question: how to delete scene files?

I throwed one in the trashcan but it compare in saved files, so how one should do it correctly?

    Delete it from within Studio (right-click, Delete...). That way, all metadata for it should be removed from the database. You can retrieve it from the trash, refresh the library, then delete it again from Studio.

    Caution!!!!!  Deleting from in Studio is permanent, there is no going to trash can.

    Yes. Sorry, the way it is stated could be confusing. Remove from the trash, then delete it from Studio (permanently).
