Nvidia's vMaterials

in The Commons
Anyone heard or used these as while combing ShareCG, came across a couple of freebies that allowed the use of them in Daz Studio..

I use them a lot. They're great.
Better than sliced bread?
Ahh k cool, thank you will try them out and see what I can create render wise.. :)
Thank you. I just tried it, and really liked those tiles. Best of all, those vMaterials don't seem to need any maps at all, so very light on resources
Just seen an update to Nvidia's vMaterials which is now at v1.7.. Apart from the current 150 already included the new ones they added in are..
Fine woven fabric
Roughly woven cotton
Weathered concrete
Spongy concrete
Bark
Metallic chameleon car paint
Wood cork
Long carpet
Granite paving
Clinker brick
@Ghosty12 I've created presets for these, see this thread: NVIDIA vMaterials 1.7.0 Presets
Awesome thank you for this, as the only presets I had were for v1.5..
So why would one use vmaterials?
