can the uvs add mat zones too?

if i use uvmapper classic to export a uvs set, is it ready to set up for the DS uvs dropdown list?

anyway to transfer the mat zones from a uvmapperclassic saved .obj to an option in DS somehow, to apply to the mildrag?

do i need the rte encoder or something?

thanks :)

(it's not for a freebie, hoping to sell it to the daz store) :)

I have re uv mapped stuff inc genesis and imported the obj as a uv
    likewise morph loader objects
saving the figure as a support asset creates the uv files and morph files too
my genesis has those uv's and morphs as a result so I guess the dsf file in the uv folder does it
I think you need to redistribute it through Daz as you said though.

One, I'm not sure what you are trying to do but

UVmapper Classic is good simple basic tool for simple basic types of uv mapping needs.

If you are planning on remapping or otherwise altering the UV map of original MilDragon, you will need a more advanced UV mapper.

At the very least you will need UV mapper Professional. A better choice might be Headus UVLayout or Right Hemisphere's DeepUV.

DS doesn't read a .uvs file, you need the remapped OBJ file. You also need to keep the same material zones - the UV Set is a material setting, so you can't change the actual zones themselves. Edit>Figure>Geometry>Load UV Set... will let you load the remapped OBJ.
