Can I use additional lighting along with Light Dome Pro

Can I use additional lighting to illuminate an enclosed room scene? there is one large window opening which is lit by the environment light dome. but the back of the room needs a couple of additional lights is this possible to use both? Using Daz Studio 4.12

Absolutely. If you're using Iray not only "can" you, but you really "should". Iray likes to have as much direct light on surfaces as possible to be able to converge the image faster.
3Delight can be more forgiving that way, however since light doesn't truly bounce in 3Delight, you'll often have to add additional lighting to simulate the effect.
