Why am I getting this Warning and how do I fix it?Nevermind it stopped.

Okay ever since I synced with One Drive in the Cloud computer has been slow so I decided to remove files from the Cloud but when I did suddenly had short cuts on my Desktop dissappear my Windows File Explorer won't work right and when I open DAZ Studio I get this warning window  and I am ready to rip my hair out ....oh and the back up I created has disappeared too.

 

Don't know what happened but Irestarted the computer and that little warning stopped showing up ,now DS tells me it's not connected to CMS to do something but all my stuff shows up ..,,,,,

I get that error after installing LAMH - which also won't work.
