Sudio 4.12 Posing very slow and jerky, IK weird

Since the 4.12 upgrade I am finding posing to be a chore. Limb movements now occur at half or third of the speed they once did and of course I keep overshooting and undershooting and it takes me much longer to create a pose. This has been primarily with posing G8F. IK is especially bad - before I could click on a hand or foot and fairly easily move it into position. Now I can't. It's that simple. Limbs do jerky, crazy shit, limits seem to have changed, and I find myself having to undo bizarre twists and turns.

This is something I have been doing for years. If I want to pose a figure on a horse I can mostly just grab the hands andd feet and pose then. Now it's a mess and I have to do it the hard way using individual joint params (bend, twist, etc)

I was wondering if the new IK system?
