Need textures / morphs

Greetings everyone!

I am trying to build my own char off of base v4.2 and I could use some textures for the skin as well as stuff such as makeup and some morphs that allow me more freedom to work on the body and especially on the face.

I have the v4.2 starter bundle so morphs ++ are included but I don't feel like that's enough at the moment.

Could anyone please help me out and recommend some stuff that I can try?

Also I've seen something that people use combination of morphs from "aiko" , "utopian" and "realistic" but I've no idea what that's all about..

Thank you very much! :)

Morphs++ is a VERY large collection of morphs for V4, are you just looking at the Product Page, where it says there are 10 body shapes or something?

Morphs++ is really all you need to create your own characters, load V4, select her head, and you should find at least 50 morphs in the Parameters pane. You can adjust nearly every part of V4.

Aiko 4 is a morph of V4, and can be bought in the store. It may be useful to have for creating your own new characters, but it is not strictly necessary - http://www.daz3d.com/aiko-4-base

V4 Morphs++ does give you a wide range of options, and I believe there are literally hundreds of characters available for V4 that use only Morphs++. If you do need more options, here are a few commonly-used possibilities (in addition to Aiko, mentioned above):

V4 Elite Body Shapes (includes the "Utopian" morph you mentioned)
Stephanie 4 Elite Base - not just a character, S4 comes with a bunch of full- and partial-body morphs
    V4 Elite Ethnic Faces
    Morphia
DieTrying's 182 Morphs for Victoria 4 (these have the benefit of being free...I've used the Genesis version and they're very good)

For skin textures, there are tons available and it really depends on what you're looking for. The V4 Elite Texture series by DAZ 3D might be a good place to start.
