Getting message that only one item can be bought before I buy anything

I tried to buy Pharoahs of the Sun for Genesis Female and I forgot to log in before putting it in the cart. Now when I go to put it in the cart, with me logged in, it says only one of this item can be purchased. I haven't bought one yet so now what do I do? Thanks for anyone's help.

    pick something anything and put it into your cart......and like magic that item you wanted will show up in your cart ...just delete the unwanted thing.......Trish

    Maybe it thinks you have two of it in your cart? Maybe try clearing your cart. Logging out and checking if you need to clear your cart again. And then try restarting your browser, log in in before putting anything back in the cart and try again?

    This usually happens if you are not logged in to the Store when you add an item to your cart.

    Being logged into the forum is a different thing, you usually have to log into the Store as well before buying anything.
