dforce hair, too light and 'sticky'

Hi,

Just running some simulation on dforce fringe hair. A simple sitting pose, tested with following:

a) 30 frame - hair goes floaty and take another 60 plus frame to settle down, a huge clump stick together due to slight head tilt

b) 90 frame - hair goes floaty slower due to more frames, a huge clump stick together due to slight head tilt

Any suggested value to play around?

Also, one minor question, always bugged me, why does vendor pose affect the whole animation timeline and not just the single frame? Current workaround is to save a favorite default pose and use it.
