Missing content (appears in smart content, but the products are not useable)

Hi. I have several products that appear in Smart Content, but there's nothing useable when I select them (yes, the filter field is clear). I'm not 100% sure how these were installed, but they were probably downloaded from within Daz.
I do see them in the Content Library and in the Install Manager
Should I use the Download Manager to Uninstall them, and then reinstall?

Do they load from Content Library? Are you sure they are an object and not just a preset for an object?
No, there is nothing in the content library other than the folder. Nothing to load.
Do those products actually have user-facing files (i.e., figures, props, poses, etc.)? Some morph products only add parameter controllers, or, some tutorials only have videos or .pdf.s without any way of accessing them from within Studio.
One is "Iray Lace Shaders 1" and the other is "Classic Diamond Jewelry." Yes, I should be able to see something.
You say thet you don't know how they got installed. You can see them in which tab of Install Manager?
Smart Content is determined by the metadata, which can come from Connect (Studio internal) or from DIM installs. I don't use Connect myself, but the two methods install to different locations. If it got in with Connect, make sure that folder is included in your library set with Content Directory Manager. DIM would be using the DAZ formats and Poser Formats. I believe you should have something there for DAZ Connect data for it to show up in Content Library. (Maybe someone familiar with Connect can clarify that).
Are the product thumbnails colored or black and white? If they are black and white, it means that they are product you purchased but have not installed yet.
