Save as Subscene completely different to save as scene

Hello,
I have the issue that I cannot save my figure as a subscene. If I save the figure as a scen duf it is correctly safed in the current state that I also see in the viewer, but if I save it as subscene it saves a state a few months old (maybe it saves it correctly, shows the correct thumbnail, but if I load that subscene later on I see only a third of the parameters plus different parameters).
Not sure if this is a bug or simply a cache issue, because at the beginning I did a lot of crap, e.g. saving morphs in my daz3d library. Not sure if I was able to properly clean all that correcty (I reinstalled most products cleanly, deleted manual created folders in my library).
I also realized that the figure is not added to the nullpoint if it finishes loading the subscene. If I add the subscene to the current scene (that is saved correctly), the correct figure is added. Only if I clear the scene completely and add the subscene afterwards, everything is a mess.
Would be great if someone has a tip how to debug this or how to clean this, I'm trying since several weeks to get this right and am completely lost :(

I can't think of a way something like this would happen. Are you sure you are loading the correct version of the file? Was it using any custom morphs (created from dForms or OBJs imported via Morph Loader) that had not been saved as Morph Assets?
Thanks, but there are no custom morphs ( just some products from https://www.deviantart.com/sickleyield/art/SY-200-Free-Morphs-Genesis-8-756465264?loggedin=1 ). However, I realized that this is definitely related to the parameters / morphs:
if I add a new clean G8 figure and copy all parameters to this new figure and save it as subscene, I run into the same problems and it doesn't load the subscene correctly.
I recreated my library and installed all morphs newly, but still I was not able to save this correctly as a subscene. Furthermore it seems that even non-used morphs are saved in the duf, because Daz stated that those files were missing.
Is there a way to clean the scene of all old stuff that is no longer actively used in the scene?
Apart form that I'm running out of ideas (I already reinstalled Daz and cleaned the cache in Daz installation directory) :(
Seems I found it:
It's the simulation: I got some old stuff in keyframe 0-30, left the slider on frame 30 and continued optimizing my character and forgot that I ever played around with the animation :(
Now I cannot clear the animation or delete the frames 0-30. It's just always reusing the crappy old frame1. Memorizing the figure doesn't help, because it doesn't save the morphs.
As it seems, this occurs quite often and there are many thready, blogs posts and dirty hacks, but no reliant way to simplay use 1 frame and delete all other frames, or export 1 frame.
