Rendercow not working on second computer

Hello,
Well, I have Vue10complete, the version rendercow:10.00, build 10008583.
, rendercow always worked for me, and it works perfect on the computer of my signature, but the problem is that it (hipervue) says rendercow the second computer is disconnected.
although using a crossover cable, I can easily share files and printers between these 2 computers without problems (which proves that the cable is connected).
someone here had this problem?
how to solve?
