A single joint goes crazy??

What and why is this now a thing? I was posing away and merged another character in and now the main character suddenly had a new joint in her wrist? Now, whenever I try to pose the wrist I get this "Stretch Armstrong" look? Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a fix or is the file corrupted somehow? I have looked at the joint but everything looks normal and it's only this joint doing it. I suspect the weak link...myself. :)

I've had that happen to a figure where some of her bones had somehow got set to something other than 100% scale. I'm afraid I can't remember the details, so it might have just been one of the x, y or z scales that was off, but the figure really didn't like it.
Darn, I was hoping someone had a fix for this. I checked the scale but it all looks good. Let me know if you remember Chris.
