Pinning in 4.12 not working.

Just upgraded from 4.11 to 4.12 and pinning is not working. I tried pinning the left and right feet of aG8 female, then select the hip and choose one of the rotate transforms, the feet act as if they are not pinned.

IK is enabled, pins are enabled. The pins are purple on the character's feet.

What changed?

    The translate tool also doesn't work. Same issue I had in the public beta.

    I can't imagine no one caught this, so is there something not obvious I need to do to get these items to work as expected?

    If you're referring to the active pose tool, then it seems to work fine for me in 4.12. I pinned the feet for G2F and G8F and I can move the hip around with the feet pinned on the ground. You have to remove limits if you want them to work though, but this was the same in 4.11.

    I was referring to the Translate tool, which is two tools to the left of Activpose.

    Oddly, things started working without me changing anything.

    I must be going nuts.
