Dan - I wouldn't like to meet this guy face to face, no problem looking at him on the screen. Great entry.

  • @ Dan: Thank you. Great entry, even if the boy is not really friendly - but he should not here.

Yellow Pen - looking great with the fire and the lit smoke. Probably a bit hot for me to play with this guy.

  • Hey, Yellow Pen - this guy looks really scary. Hot work with all the fire.

Yello Pen, That's not uncanny, that's downright horrendously frightening! Very well made render.

Dan: Ah, there's the pumpkin salesman. I was really in need of a pumpkin. But it looks like he had a few too many (that were too old too). Scary!

My first entry is 'Mirror mirror'. Thanks to Drachenlord for the Modern living room, the tarrot cards and the toy train. The chair is from CGAXIS, the sets of books too.The girl, the alien and the cat are from DAZ 3D and posed in DAZ Studio. I created the mirror myself. LIghts include a gel light.

  • thanks Horo, Drachenlords and Hansmar.... and, Hansmar, I think for your Lady is this mirror more horrable than my nice Guy wink

Yellow Pen : scary guy, well done fire and smoke.

Hansmar : nice idea, great image. I'll never look in the mirror again !

  • HoroHoro Posts: 10,642

Hansmar - cool idea. When the mirror shows what you've seen in your worst dream. Well done scene.

    Sometimes uncanny can mean lucky.

So I've managed to load some of my silly claymation dudes in Bryce.  Anticipate realism going way down.

Not sure what the protocol is here.  Am I allowed to swap this image out if I get time to learn more about materials, lights, etc. and update before the deadline?  Y'all generally only post final images., or so it seems.

(Table, dice and figures modeled and rigged in Carrara.  Walls and chips are Bryce primitives)

Diomede - Welcome to the Bryce Challenge yes, the render is very nice. This is a WIP thread so you can change your entry as many times as you like

  • HoroHoro Posts: 10,642

Diomede - nice to see you here. Well done and funny scene. As mermaid said: this is the WIP thread, change as often you need. Just tell shortly before the deadline which one is the final entry.
