Actually in the time you have waited for a response you could have hand posed your figure using the built in pose tools in DAZ Studio, Poser or Carrara.
You never asked for HELP doing it yourself. You asked for a item made by another user or a link. You HAVE a M4 pose you could EDIT to get what you need by selecting each part of the figure the pose is applied to and then adjusting until you have the pose you want. You use the Parameter Dials or the EASY pose tool in the upper edge of the Viewport when a pose able part of the figure is selected as shown here.
Thank you chohole! I did search to let you know but did not find this. This is truly helpful administration and what I would expect after having dropped a small fortune on Daz products. I have read many helpful posts from Jaderail I guess the bump must have been what set this off.
One of my favorite places, thank you! I have had Daz for all about 3 weeks and am learning it Maya, Mudbox, and now Zbrush and the learning curve is more like 7G vertical ascent so even a few minutes gained by grabbing a pose here and there can really help on our deadline. Thanks again
Whenever I look for poses, I go to the Shop section and select poses, then the figure, and you can quickly scan all of them. :) Don't go by titles- for instance, some of the "witchcraft" poses are great starts for action moves for sci fi, etc.

Understood, my apologies

you could have provided a link perhaps...
I often use the pose from Elliandra's everyday poses for M4 as a start http://www.daz3d.com/everyday-poses-for-m4

Most of these are Generation 4 poses, but can easily be adapted to Genesis.
Also most are Unrestricted use or usable in commercial renders/not for redistribution...

DM's Steps to eternity has an arms folded pose for Genesis and their Instances has one for M4
